Looking for a family doctor? We understand the difficulty with finding a family doctor or nurse practitioner to be your primary care provider. We have developed Enroute Interim Access Care Program to provide you access to chronic, preventative, and screening care while you are still looking to become attached to a family doctor or nurse practitioner. If you live in the North York area, do not have a primary care provider, and can attend your appointments in person, you may be eligible to attend our unattached patient clinic to receive the care you need.
