Hi, my name is Ying Zeng (Rachel). I am a registered member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW). I am also a member of the Ontario Association of Social Workers in good standing.

I have enjoyed a long career working directly with people of all ages and different cultural backgrounds in a variety of settings, including healthcare clinics, community agencies and schools. As a therapist, I see clients who are addressing issues related to depression, anxiety, self-esteem, stress, trauma, chronic pain as well as relationship problems. A number of different therapeutic models inform my work, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), mindfulness practices, and Motivational Interviewing (MI). I offer therapy in English, Cantonese or Mandarin.

My work with clients facilitates the process of self-discovery of their own inner strength through a therapeutic relationship built on trust and respect. I have a commitment to a client-centered and cultural sensitive approach in service delivery. I find it an honor and a privilege to support my clients on their life journey, and work with them towards finding new ways to overcome life challenges.
